miguel arrieta garramiola

Degree in Law with honors in 1997 (Universidad de Deusto), Mikel Arrieta is legal counsel to the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Iberdrola, where he has served as director and secretary of the Board of Directors of several affiliated companies in different countries, and secretary of the Compliance Regulatory Unit of Iberdrola. He has been Professor at Universidad de Deusto from 2004, lecturer at the Master of Corporate Law of Centro Internacional de Formación Financiera and member of the Management Committee of Centro de Gobierno Corporativo (Instituto de Empresa, Madrid). He is the author of "Las ofertas públicas de adquisición como medio de control de las sociedades cotizadas" (Derecho de Sociedades, J. M. Bosch Editores, 2008) and "Condicionantes legales y éticos en la empresa global" (La Ley Mercantil nº 43, enero 2018)", among others.
